Pay Per Keyword Revealed!

It has been quite some time since I blogged and to be honest I don’t have an excuse just working diligently on the online sale process of the PPK Advertising Network as well as other JV projects which I will not mention at this time.

I ended up at the Search Engine Strategies Toronto Event which was surprisingly smaller than last year. Frankly does not even come close to New York and from what people are telling me I should head over to San Jose to pitch our Pay Per Keyword Search Idea.

We had allot of eyes & ears listening to our pitch on how “Our Search Engine” is going against the grain with the norm of today’s contextual advertising methods.All in All it was a successful first day and we signed up 3 more publishers to help in our growth. The goal for us is to hit 100K monthly searches mark before we go live.

We are currently at 20K+,

We also ended up at the “Invite Only” after party hosted by Epiar who is a small SEM boutique out of Edmonton & Yahoo which filled the room with Yahooligans… Love you Albert & Denise

I am certainly looking forward to today where I will be meeting with a couple more potential publishers to help in our cause..

This Morning I was ready a blog post about how Google is still the king, still growing and how Eric Schmidt does not see and slowdown due to the economy. The question I have is this: Is Google’s revenue increasing due to new customer acquisitions or higher click rates?? If you ask me, it is higher click rates. What is the increase in paid clicks???? Does anyone know?? I guess that is the real beauty of a Pay Per Keyword advertising campaign, While rates keeps getting higher in PPC campaign, as time goes by with a “Pay Per Keyword” Campaign the actual per click rates is reduced. Cheers, 

A Warning to Search Engine Marketing Clients and Advertisers About Google AdWords Phising Scam

One of my customers got the below email a yesterday and has forwarded it to me:

Just wanted to warn the community to tell their customers.

Here is what the email said:

Dear Google AdWords Customer,

Please sign in to your account at http://adwords.google.com/select/login , and update your billing information.
Your account will be reactivated as soon as you update your payment information.
Your ads will show immediately if you decide to pay for clicks via credit
or debit card. If you decide to pay by direct debit, we may need to receive
your signed debit authorization before your ads start running,
depending on your location.
If you choose bank transfer, your ads will show as soon as we receive your
first payment.
We look forward to providing you with the most effective advertising available.
